Valerian is native throughout Europe. It grows in ditches, streams, forest edges, meadows and thickets.
Valerian is an excellent remedy for all forms of nervousness. It is used for sleep disorders due to nervous exhaustion and nervous palpitations.

Valerian Root tincture ingredients: 100 ml containing 100 ml of tincture of valerian root (1:5). Extraction solvent: ethanol 70% (V / V).
Recommended dosage: Take 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 1.5 ml) 2-3 x daily to calm the nerves and, in case of sleeping disorders, take 1 teaspoon (approx. 3 ml) Sedomir natural half an hour prior to going to bed, diluted with a little water. If sleep disturbances continue, the dose can be increased to an extra 1 teaspoon taken prior to the evening meal.
Fields of application: Restlessness, for states of difficulty in falling asleep due to nervousness. Contains 66 vol. % of alcohol. Pay attention to the package insert or to the label.
