Dosage instructions and type of application: Unless otherwise instructed, take one cup of tea infusion prepared as follows: Pour boiling water (150 ml) over 1 heaping teaspoon full (approximately 1,5 g) of sage leaves, allow to steep for 10-15 min and then pass through a tea strainer.
Applied in the mouth and throat area with a tea infusion, rinsed or gargled, as follows: Pour boiling water (100 ml) over abundantly measured 1 1⁄2 teaspoons (2.5 g) sage leaves and pass through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes.

Internal use for: Digestive problems such as mild stomach cramps, bloating, flatulence, increased sweating.
External use for: Inflammation of the oral mucosa and the throat mucose.
