A very deliciouse, strong-flavoured honey from the high mountain regions of Spain. The diverse, Mediterranean wild flora gives this intensely golden brown honey its full-bodied rich flavor. It is produced and harvested in a natural setting in accordance with ecological guidelines. A real delicacy!
Honig ist ein Naturprodukt. Schwankungen in Aussehen, Farbe und Geschmack sind naturbedingt. Fast jeder unbehandelte Honig kristallisiert früher oder später je nach Sorte. Die Qualität des Honigs wird durch das Kristallisieren keineswegs beeinträchtigt. Viele Kenner schätzen gerade den streichfesten auskristallisierten/kandierten Honig. Durch vorsichtiges Erwärmen im Wasserbad bei Temperaturen von bis zu 40°C wird der Honig schnell wieder flüssig. Wie andere Rohkost auch, ist naturbelassener Honig für Säuglinge unter 12 Monaten nicht geeignet.
