Lactase improves lactose digestion in people who have problems digesting milk sugar (lactose). The enzyme lactase splits lactose into its components glucose and galactose, which can easily be used by the body.

This handy click dispenser with small tablets which are easy to swallow is the practical, discreet accompaniment when travelling. Can be dosed according to requirements.

Today, about 20 % of the population suffer from a lactose-incompatibility or from a lack of lactase, without knowing it. The consequences are flatulence, unpleasant feeling of fullness or diarrhoea. The enzyme lactase splits the lactose, which is contained in all milk products, in its components glucose and galactose, which can be easily used by the body.

With Lactase Enzyme Tablets of Sanct Bernhard you can finally enjoy milk, cream, ice cream, yoghurt and cheese without any complaints. The capsules can be swallowed or simply opened, and the capsule contents stirred into food or drinks.

Ingredients:

Filler: Maltodextrin; lactase (37%), filler: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; separating agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Each tablet contains 5,000 FCC units of lactase (FCC: Food Chemical Codex).

Recommended use:

Depending on requirements, swallow 1-4 tablets with a little liquid before or during the consumption of foods containing lactose. For a quick effect, we recommend chewing the tablets before swallowing.

Note: The need for added lactase varies from person to person and must be adjusted. It depends on the type and quantity of foods and drinks containing lactose as well as the body's own lactase production. Because of these differences, you should seek further advice regarding the function of lactase in your diet.
