Refined with delicious onions and parsnips, a hint of celery and parsley and a dash of cream, this Gourmet Chasseur Sauce is ideal for all hearty meat dishes, but also for Swabian noodles, pasta, dumplings, croquettes or rice. Vegetarian and gluten-free, without colouring agents and preservatives, without the flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate. Very quick and simple preparation. Also perfect for extending and enhancing an existing sauce.
Stir 3 slightly heaped tablespoons (28 g) using a whisk into ¼ litre of boiling water and let it simmer on a low heat for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
