2. Our delivery service/shipping costs:

How we deliver within Germany:
Your delivery takes place as quickly as possible; in Germany in general within 3 - 4 working days after closure of contract.
We deliver within Germany free of postage and packaging costs from an order value of 40,00 €!
Below an order value of 40,00 €, we calculate 2,90 € shipping costs; below an order value of 25,00 €, we calculate 4,90 €. Minimum order value 10,00 €. In case of cash on delivery, you shall pay any incurred fees. 

How we deliver abroad:
Minimum order value 20,00 €. We are happy to share the respective Shipping costs on request, or these are shown to you at the end of the order process in the case of an online order. We ask for your understanding that the delivery times to foreign countries may vary depending on the region by up to 30 days.

3. Your order and the conclusion of the contract in the Webshop:

In our Webshop on kraeuterhaus.de, you can select products from our range and collect these via the "Place in shopping basket" button in a so-called shopping basket. Using the "ORDER SUBJECT TO A CHARGE" button, you can submit a binding application for purchase for the goods in your shopping basket. You can change and view the data at any time prior to sending the order. By pressing the button, you can accept these contractual conditions. 

Your order represents an offer to us for the conclusion of a purchase agreement. Please understand that we can only accept your order if we have the goods in stock. If you submit an order to kraeuterhaus.de, we send you an Email which confirms the receipt of the order and lists its details (order confirmation). The order confirmation does not represent the acceptance of your offer, but rather should only inform you that your order has been received, whereby your offer is considered binding 14 days from the transmission of your order. The purchase contract is not concluded until we inform you via Email within the 14-day commitment period that we accept your offer, or at the latest through the delivery of the goods to you within the 14-day commitment period. In this Email, but at the latest on delivery of the goods, you will be sent the contract text (consisting of the order, GTCs and order confirmation) by us on a permanent data carrier (confirmation of contract). The contract text is saved whilst maintaining the data protection. However, it is then no longer accessible online.

The contract is closed in the language selected by you in the Webshop.

4. Our prices:

Our prices contain the legal VAT.  For "from ... items", the stated price per item shall apply.

Your volume discount:
From 60,00 €   – 3 % discount
From 100,00 € – 4 % discount
From 200,00 € – 5 % discount
From 500,00 € – 7 % discount

5. How would you like to pay?

Subject to creditworthiness, we always supply on account.
Please pay the invoice within 14 days after delivery of the goods.

Credit check and scoring
If we have advance outlays, for example in the case of a purchase on account, we obtain new creditworthiness information from the company SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden, to safeguard our legitimate interests. For this purpose, we provide the personal data required for a credit check to the company SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden and use the information received on the statistical probability of default to make a balanced decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contract.

The credit information can contain probability values (score values) which are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical methods and whose calculation includes, among other things, address data. Your concerns will be considered in accordance with the statutory provisions.


It is recommended that you pay via automatic debit.

6. Your advantages with automatic debit:

You will receive a 3% discount, which we will deduct automatically from the invoice amount. You do not need to do anything further regarding the payment. You do not need to fill in a transfer slip or cheque, or bring them to the post or to the bank. You save yourself work, and possibly postage costs, and usually also bank charges.

In case of one-off issue of a direct debit authorisation, all future orders shall be automatically processed via direct debit. Naturally, you can revoke your direct debit authorisation at any time and without reasons.

7. Revocation instruction:

Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The revocation period totals 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the consignor has or have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us, the

through a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, by post, a fax or an email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed Sample cancellation form, which is not however stipulated.  In order to meet the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification on the exercising of the right of revocation prior to expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall return all payments received from you including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have selected a different type of delivery than the most inexpensive standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest 14 days from the day on which the notification on your revocation of this contract has been received. For the repayment, we shall use the same method of payment as you used during the original transaction unless expressly otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances shall fees be charged to you due to this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back again or until you have verified that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier time.
You shall return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, whatever the case, at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you report to us the revocation of this contract, to us,

The deadline is met if you send the goods prior to expiry of the time period of 14 days. We shall bear the costs for return of the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value if this loss of value can be traced to handling which is not required to test the quality, properties and functional method of the goods.

We can be held liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular acc. the §§ 434 ff. BGB (German Civil Code)


10. Miscellaneous:

Nutritional supplements are not a replacement for a balanced, varied diet, and do not replace a healthy lifestyle.

Store all medicines carefully and keep out of the reach and sight of children. Please observe the package inserts and instructions for use.

The sales packaging distributed by our company in Germany is part of a dual system.

In the print catalogue which appears every year, product and price changes, print or calculation errors and mistakes in text and images are reserved. 

All rights on the texts, photos, drawings and the graphics design are held by Kräuterhaus Sanct Bernhard. Any reproduction or other use except for personal use shall be unlawful without our express consent.

Our offer is orientated towards end consumers. Therefore, only orders for normal household quantities shall be accepted.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply on contracts between us and yourselves, to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. The legal regulations for limitation of the choice of law and for the compliance with mandatory regulations, in particular those of the state in which you as consumer are habitually resident, shall remain unaffected.

12. Reporting of side effects of medicinal products: 

In medical emergencies or in case of severe side effects, please contact a doctor or the medical emergency services without delay before reporting these side effects.
